Terms of purchase

1. Scope and validity of the terms

1.1 The terms apply to the legal relationships between the person (from now on the Buyer) and the owner of the shopping environment laspa.ee (from now on the LaSpa e-shop) LaSpa Group OÜ (from now on the seller) when purchasing products through the SPA e-shop.

1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from purchasing products through the LaSpa e-shop are managed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
2.8. Persistent cookies are essential for navigating the website and using its functions. Without persistent cookies, the User would be unable to use all the website functions.

2.9. Session cookies allow the website to remember previous choices made by the User (for example, username, language selection, etc.) and thereby offer more efficient and personalized functions.

2.10. Tracking cookies collect data about the User’s behaviour on the website. The information obtained from the tracking cookie makes it possible to increase the website’s ease of use.

2. Price

2.1 Delivery charges may be added to the price of services/ products depending on the delivery method.

2.2 All prices of the products and services sold at LaSpa e-shop are in euros.

3. Making the purchase

3.1  The purchase is made as a guest of the www.laspa.ee e-shop.

3.2  The Buyer chooses desired gift card or service /product from the e-shop and adds it to the shopping chart.

3.3 The buyer fills in the information in the Checkout view and enters their e-mail address, where a gift card with a unique number will be sent to the buyer.

3.4 The buyer confirms the shopping cart and pays for the services/products in the payment environments provided by the seller. Before paying the invoice, the buyer checks that the information given in the invoice corresponds to the actual wishes of the buyer.

3.5 After paying for the services/products, the buyer must click on the “Back to merchant” link.

3.6 Upon receipt of the order and payment, the seller sends confirmation and an invoice to the buyer by e-mail.

4. Payment for services and products

4.1 The entire cost of the selected service must be paid for the service/product purchased by the buyer from the e-store. By paying the fee, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with all the terms and conditions made available by the service provider through the e-shop and accepts them.

4.2 The payment of the amount determined in the e-shop is made through an internet bank with a bank link or as Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments.

With the bank link, it is possible to pay through the following banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele (with payment initiation service), Pocopay.

4.3 Immediately after making a transfer or card payment, the buyer must click the “return to merchant” button to register the payment immediately.

4.4 Maksekeskus AS mediates payments. Payment takes place outside the e-shop in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store.

4.5 The seller is the responsible processor of buyers personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

5.1 After making the transfer, the purchased gift card will be sent to the buyer as a downloadable voucher in pdf format by e-mail.

6. Order cancellation and refund

6.1 When purchasing a gift card from the E-shop, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the gift card to the e-mail address. You cannot withdraw from the transaction if the unique code on the gift card has already been used.

6.2 When purchasing electronic gift cards from the e-shop, the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or a gift card for another service.

6.3 In the case of the purchase of electronic gift cards from the e-shop, the validity of the regular price gift card is 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality and processing of personal data

7. Confidentiality and processing of personal data

7.1. The personal data (including name and surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) provided when placing an order and making a purchase in the e-shop are confidential and are processed for the order and for sending the goods to the buyer in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. The seller does not disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties without the customer’s consent.

7.2. The owner of the e-store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Responsibility and force majeure

8. Responsibility and force majeure

8.1 The Seller and the Buyer are responsible to each other for the damage caused to the other party by violating these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent stipulated in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

8.2 The Seller is not responsible for damages caused to the Buyer or for the delay in product delivery if the damage or delay in product delivery is due to a circumstance that the Seller could not influence, did not foresee and could not foresee (force majeure).

10. Additional Information

10.1. Disputes arising between the buyer and the seller in connection with the ordering and purchase of products through the e-store will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or the Administrative Court for the protection of his rights. Disputes and issues not specified in these terms and conditions are resolved based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia

Final Provisions

11. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Estonia applies to these purchase terms and sales contracts. If any provision of the purchase conditions is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the rest of the purchase conditions or the purchase-sale agreement. A void provision is replaced by a legal provision that is legally and economically closest to the void provision.
