Yoga classes are free for hotel guests and are held in our comfortable yoga room in NAUDI LaSpa.

Yoga session is free of charge for hotel guests. If there are available spots, people from outside the building are also welcome to join the yoga classes. The class fee is €12.

To participate in the class, please register in advance by calling +372 6870 877 or emailing naudispa@laspa.ee at least 2 hours before the class.

Try yoga at LaSpa even if it is your first time. We are sure you will like it. This mental discipline will help you find harmony between the body and mind. In our brand new NAUDI LaSpa we have a very cozy yoga room.
