Anna´s LaSpa long stay recommendations
You are making the right choice!
To stay several days or a week at LaSpa will be so relaxing and wonderful. I am sure you will enjoy it. Below is my advice for you to make your trip just perfect
Your room
I recommend you book a room in our newly renovated beautiful beach house
In the autumn of 2022, we opened the doors to the completely renovated beach house, after 18 months of planning and renovation, and I am thrilled to welcome you. I have put a lot of time, love (and sweat) into making this house into Peter´s and my Estonia private house on the beach, where we are happy and proud to welcome our friends.
I hope you instantly feel that you are our guest in a warm, exclusive, Nordic beach house. I have chosen exclusive Swedish Carpe Diem beds, Nordic design furniture and details, local art, and fluffy duvets and pillows for you.
The beach house is located 30 meters from the main building and is ideal for couples, single guests and executive company groups who are looking for comfort, calm, privacy and beauty.
For beach house guests we have reserved tables in our second-floor restaurant Mänd where you can enjoy a healthy nordic buffet breakfast.
The beach house rooms are just below 20 m2 in size, so not large, but still comfortable. The junior suites are around 30m2 and absolutely fabulous.

Transportation
Flight
Estonia is very close. The flight time from Stockholm is less than an hour. SAS, Air Baltics, Norwegian, Ryan Air and several other airlines are flying to Tallinn.
Transfer
Once at Tallinn Airport, the most comfortable way to reach us is by taxi. You are at LaSpa in Laulasmaa in only 45 minutes, and you can just sit back and relax during your transfer. Write to Erle at erle@premiumtaxi.ee, and she will arrange so that her husband Taavi or one of her other drivers pick you up in a luxurious, black Mercedes. The cost is around EUR 60 one way.
A rental car could also be a smart solution, especially if you plan to continue your trip around Estonia after your stay with us.
Activities
LaSpa food & drinks
Book a 5 or 8-course food experience at our restaurant Wicca. The price is only 55€/79€ EUR. Our chef Angelica is a superstar in Estonia, and our sous-chef Helena is the Chef of the Year 2022 in Estonia. Wicca is recommended by MICHELIN Guide 2024 Estonia & White Guide.
For other meals, we recommend our restaurants Liiv and our buffet restaurant Käbi. I very much also recommend our neighbouring Café Ott & Matilde. It is like dining in an Estonian grandmother´s house. Very charming and has great food.
Body treatments
Make sure to book one treatment each day before arrival. You will love it!
Water and sauna centre
We have six pools and six different saunas. All is included in the room price. Enjoy!
Yoga
Our yoga classes are free for hotel guest. Here are the timings.
Gym
Our gym on the ground floor is open for you 10:00 – 22:00.
Walkes/hikes
In all weather, you must visit our beach and forest. Take a short or long walk along the beach or in the forest close to the beach towards the tip of the peninsula.
Stay in bed
Our Carp Diem beds are soooo comfortable that you want to stay in bed all day. Read a good book or watch a good film.
Arvo Pärt Center
Arvo Pärt is the world´s most played, now living, classical composer. How WOW isn´t this! Only a 1.5 km walk away from LaSpa you find Arvo Pärt Centre, which combines the composer’s personal archive with an information and music centre. It is an open meeting place for musicians, researchers and music lovers—for anyone interested in Arvo Pärt’s music and the world of ideas. It is also architecturally amazing. Only a 15 min walk from LaSpa, and I strongly recommend a visit. Magical! Good place for lunch also.
Waterfall
The area of the Keila-Joa Waterfall is beautiful. Ask the taxi driver to show you or take a bike there.
Golf
Just a short drive away is one of the best golf centres and the oldest in the Baltics, Niitvälja Golf.
Tallinn
It is a good idea to take 2 – 6 hours in Tallinn on your way to or from LaSpa. I recommend taking a guided tour through the Old town (contact katrin.roomet@gmail.com and say hello from me, the cost is 100-150EUR depending on time). If you have more time, you can visit the art museum KUMU, the Noblessner area (in the summer), the Lennusadam Seaplane Harbour and the Kadriorg Park (in the summer).
