Baby swimming is a great way to have a good time with your baby and strengthen your emotional bond. Swimming supports the normal development of children, develops muscles and improves tone, calms and relaxes the nervous system. Water boosts the immune system as well as supports metabolism and abdominal functions.
We teach parents various swimming techniques that develop children’s balance, physique and motor skills. Using the children’s innate diving reflex, the baby learns to hold his breath, which ensures water safety and creates preconditions for acquiring early swimming skills.
We combine exercise with swimming. For the smaller ones, we do massage exercises and from one year we do exercises.
