Breakfast is served in Restaurant Käbi.
Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 10:00
Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 to 11:00

What are the opening hours of the water and sauna centre?

The water and sauna centre is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00.
Access to the water and sauna centre is always included in your accommodation rate, so you can relax every day at no extra charge. Please bring a towel from your room when visiting the water and sauna centre.

What are the pool temperatures?

At the LaSpa water and sauna centre, you will find six pools:

20-metre swimming pool – water approx. 29 °C, suitable for both leisure swimming and training.
Counter-current pool – water approx. 32 °C, perfect for play and resistance swimming.
Children’s pool – water approx. 32 °C, ideal for younger family members.
Whirlpool and massage pool – water approx. 32 °C, to soothe body and mind.
Japanese bath – water approx. 41 °C, for deep warming and relaxation.
Outdoor pool – water approx. 20 °C, refreshing after a sauna session.

Are bathrobes available in every room?

Yes. Bathrobes are provided in your room and are available for all guests to use throughout their stay.

Naudi LaSpa wellness spa is a quiet, peaceful space designed for deep relaxation and recovery. Here, mindful touch, nature-inspired treatments and a slow pace come together.

Naudi LaSpa offers a wide selection of massages, facial and body treatments, and rituals that support both physical and mental wellbeing. All treatments are performed by professional therapists and are based on carefully selected, high-quality products. Families are very welcome at LaSpa. Our water and sauna centre is a warm and safe environment for both younger and older guests – everyone can find a water or relaxation area that suits them.

Are sauna rituals held at LaSpa?

Yes. Sauna rituals are guided by professional sauna masters and offer a mindful and calm sauna experience rooted in the fundamentals of sauna culture. The rituals combine steam, aromas and deep relaxation.

Which sauna rituals are available?

The following rituals take place at LaSpa:

Steam ritual – a classic ritual in the wood-fired outdoor sauna, where steam and whisking stimulate circulation.
Aroma ritual – held in the aroma sauna, where natural scents and gentle steam create balance.
Salt and honey ritual – a ritual combining the exfoliating effect of salt with the nourishing properties of honey, leaving the body and skin soft and refreshed.

When do sauna rituals take place?

Sauna rituals are held:

Tuesdays and Fridays
18:00 – steam ritual
19:00 – aroma ritual
20:00 – salt and honey ritual

Saturdays
17:00 – steam ritual
18:00 – aroma ritual
19:00 – steam ritual
20:00 – salt and honey ritual

Each ritual lasts approximately 10–15 minutes. We recommend arriving slightly before the start to ease into the rhythm.

What are the restaurant’s opening hours?

At LaSpa, you will find MICHELIN Guide–recommended gourmet restaurant Wicca and the family-friendly restaurant Liiv.

Is there live music at LaSpa?

Yes. LaSpa loves music, and live performances are a natural part of our evenings.

Every Friday and Saturday, live music takes place at LaSpa:
– Fridays at Restaurant Liiv at 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00
– Saturdays at Restaurant Wicca at 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00

During the summer, LaSpa evenings also feature outdoor music. Every summer evening, concerts take place on the terrace of restaurant Liiv as part of the LaSpa Acoustic summer concert series.

What are the gym opening hours?

The LaSpa gym is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.

Are there guided workouts at LaSpa?

Yes. According to the schedule, LaSpa offers guided workouts, including yoga classes, free of charge for in-house guests. You can find the workout schedule here.
