LaSpa Sauna Rituals

Guided by our sauna masters, you’ll be led through a series of unique sauna experiences — enjoying gentle steam, aromatic infusions, and traditional vihtlemine (beating yourself with the whisk).
These rituals reveal the enchanting power of sauna culture, calming the senses and clearing the mind. Here, fire meets water, the wisdom of stones joins the healing warmth of air.

Sauna rituals guided by our sauna masters take place three times a week — on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Each ritual lasts 10–15 minutes.

LaSpa Steam Ritual (Wood-Fired Outdoor Sauna)
During the LaSpa steam ritual, you’re embraced by soothing heat while the fresh scent of oak whisks fills the air. Whisking stimulates circulation and revitalises the body. This experience is more than relaxation — it’s part of LaSpa’s purpose: to help you find inner balance, nurture body and mind, and guide you, step by step, toward a healthier and happier life.

LaSpa Aroma Ritual (Aroma Sauna)
The LaSpa aroma ritual takes you on a journey through green meadows and forests, where the fresh fragrances of nature help you unwind and allow both body and mind to rest. The ritual restores harmony and energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

LaSpa Salt and Honey Ritual (Salt Steam Sauna)
The LaSpa salt ritual offers an exfoliating body treatment with salt and honey. Salt gently removes dead skin cells, while honey moisturizes and softens the skin. After the ritual, you’ll feel refreshed, and your skin will be silky smooth.
